How soon can I expect a response after submitting a request?

Is help available for HomeSeer 1.7 or earlier?
Support for HomeSeer 1.0 - 1.7 has ended. You may ask any 1.x related questions on our message board. It is recommended however that you upgrade to HS2.

The Help Desk will not allow me to log in?
Your login to the help desk is not the same as your login for the message board. If you have never logged into the help desk before, please create a new account.

If you've lost your password to the help desk, please click here to retrieve your lost help desk password.

Trying clearing the cookies in your browser. Corrupt cookies will keep you from being able to log in.

I lost my HomeSeer 2 license keys, where can I find them?
Click on the following link and enter the email address you used to purchase the software. Your keys will be emailed to you. If the email is not found, please open a help desk request. Request License Keys

I deleted the admin user and I can not log in at all!
Delete the file "users.cfg" in the "config" folder in your main HomeSeer folder. This will restore the all of the default users.
